What are your rates?
$150 per 50 minute session. Payment is expected at the time that services are rendered. Per the No Surprises Act, self pay clients are entitled to Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of anticipated charges for healthcare services.
If you are a provisionally licensed therapist (PLPC) seeking supervision, the current rates are $75.00 for individual supervision and $65.00 for group supervision.
Do you take my insurance?
I accept the following health plans: United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, and Aetna. (Commercial plans only)
What should I do if you are not in my insurance network?
I may be considered as an out of network provider some insurances. Clients will be charged the therapist’s current cash rate for such sessions ($165.00 per 50 min session). Payment is expected at the time services are rendered.
An invoice (called a Superbill) can be provided upon request if you would like to send it to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. It is best if you reach out to your insurance company before we meet so that you are aware of your benefits.
Payment for services is due at time of session.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If I receive less notice than that, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $75.00.
Office sessions
In person sessions are held in Uptown New Orleans. Proof of COVID 19 vaccine required.
Telehealth Sessions
With accessibility in mind, Krewe Wellness offers secure virtual sessions via Simple Practice. Services available to Louisiana residents.
